Complete training modules

Now, it's time to complete some basic research modules that will provide you with the essential knowledge for your research projects. These modules are important because they lay down the fundamental principles of research. Take your time to go through them thoroughly, as they serve as the building blocks for your work. Additionally, you will have access to a resource library for future reference. Remember, a strong foundation is crucial for conducting high-quality research work.

3

Research proposal

After you finish the basic research training modules, it's time to explore further. You have two options: you can either work on your own research proposal or assist with existing projects. If you choose to assist with a research project, your name will be included as a co-author when the work is published. We suggest starting by helping with ongoing projects until you understand the process better.

4

Research project

Every research project consists of a lead author, 3-5 co-authors, and a supervisor. The lead author, also known as the first author, has the responsibility of managing the project on a daily basis and ensuring that it progresses according to the set timelines. Co-authors provide assistance to the lead author, and their names will be included in the published work in an order based on their contributions.

5

Publication

After completing the research project, you will have the opportunity to select a journal where you would like to publish your work. We only consider reputable journals that are indexed in PubMed for publication. The lead author will draft the manuscript, and the rest of the authors, including the supervisor, will proofread it. Once the manuscript is ready, it will be submitted to the chosen journal. The journal will take a few weeks to review the manuscript and make a decision. During this time, it's up to you whether you want to begin another project or take a well-deserved break.

6

Repeat

Once your work is published, you will follow the same steps for your next project. You already have the idea. It doesn't matter what type of project you're working on, whether it's a systematic review and meta-analysis, a case report, a case series, a retrospective cohort study, or a prospective clinical trial. Our systematic approach will be highly effective in all of them.
